The Heavy Horse Camp has now finished for 2026 and with it a new generation of campers have joined together to learn, make friends and be inspired by the possibilities for their horses. Campers tried new things, consolidated skills and supported each other throughout a weekend at Pickering Grange in North Leicestershire.

There is more to come in the way of articles and photographs via Facebook/Instagram from "Camp" but for now the Society would like to say heartfelt thanks to the Camp Committee for all their organisation, the volunteers and presenters for giving up their time, our generous sponsors who allow us to put on initiatives like this, and of course the campers, without you there would not be a Heavy Horse Camp.
