Mr John Shemilt's funeral will take place on Thursday 27th November at 11.30am at Ipstones Church, Ipstones, Staffordshire.
Donations to Cancer Research or Ipstones Church.
Mr Shemilt's family welcome floral tributes as well as family flowers.
