Shire Horse Society Working Horse Festival 2019

 

England’s oldest breed of cart horse will be on display at the Osberton Horse Trials in Nottinghamshire providing a contrast to the event which showcases the Sport Horses of the future.

The Shire Horse Society is supporting the Rare Breed Survival Trust’s “Heavy Horse Appeal” and the festival is open to all Shires and purebred Clydesdales, Suffolks and Percherons.

Ploughing competitions, implement displays and competitive turnout, ridden and foal classes will all take place over the weekend of 5th and 6th October 2019.
