New Codes of Practice for Infectious Diseases

Due to changes with the Horse Race Betting Levy Board (HBLB) grant, the Society will no longer request a clear E.V.A.   (Equine Viral Arteritis) or proof of vaccination prior to issuing stallion service books.

The HBLB do not require this to be compulsory now, but it is instead a recommendation.  The Society strongly recommends that the E.V.A. blood screening or vaccinations are carried out prior to the use of stallions.
