17.2h bay 8 year old gelding. Broken for cart and chain work and has been used by his current owners for this purpose since 2003 and has also been broken into ride recently. Monty has been shown both in hand and harness classes, where he has enjoyed considerable success to include 1st in the harness class at the 2007 Royal Welsh Show. We currently have a number of working geldings hence the decision to sell. Monty is a big, strong forward going horse in excellent health and would benefit receiving regular work from a confident handler.
