Frequently Asked Questions

We look forward to welcoming our visitors to the 2018 National Show.  The provisional dates are 16th, 17th and 18th March (to be confirmed) at Bingley Hall, Stafford County Showground, Weston Road, Stafford,  ST18 OBD.

Some of the questions we are asked are listed below.

Q.  Can I bring my trade stand to your Show?

A.  Yes please do visit our trade stand section and download the application form or contact the office on 01536 771611 or email for further information.  Please note we are now unable to accept stands trading in food and drink.  

Q.  Can I purchase tickets at a discounted price in advance?

Q.  Do you offer concession tickets?

A.  There are no concession tickets in 2017.  Adult and Child prices only.

Q.  What are the prices for children?

A.  Children under 5 years of age are admitted free of charge.  Ticket price for children aged 5 – 13 is £8.00 in advance and £10.00 on the gate.

Q.  Can I pay on the gate by a card payment.

A.  Only cash sales can be taken on the gate.

Q.  Can I sponsor part of the Show?

A.  We are eternally grateful to those that help the Society with sponsorship.  Please call the office on 01536 771611.

Q. Where can I find local accommodation.

A.  We cannot recommend anywhere in particular but suggest you click here to find accommodation to suit your requirements.  Alternatively please click here and here for further ideas.

Q.  Is there car parking?

A.  Yes there are plenty of parking spaces and car parking is free.

Q.  Can I bring my dog to the National Show?

A.  We welcome all well behaved dogs on leads and ask their owners to pick up after them.

Q.  Is there a cash machine at the National Show?

A.  No sorry we don’t have one on site but the nearest can be found in Stafford.

Q.  Can I bring my caravan/camper van and stay for the period of the Show?

A.  We do offer a limited number of spaces on the Showground and full details are available in our Caravan Section and to book please click here

Q.  I am staying on the caravan field are there showers and toilets?

A.  Yes there are clean and well equipped facilities located next to the caravan field and inside Bingley Hall which are open 24 hours.

Q.  I am not a member of the Society, but would like to attend the Annual Dinner on Friday, 16th March 2018 is this possible?

A.  Yes we welcome both members and non-members to the Annual Dinner.  Please email the office for an application form.  Alternatively please download the form from our Forms and Downloads page.
